Its unique, solid design makes it an extension of your hands, allowing you to express yourself through making. It has speeds from 1 to 10 and a powerful motor which is quiet and long lasting, with no power loss between the motor and accessories. The original planetary action provides fast, thorough mixing, touching the bowl at 59 points per rotation. The stand mixer comes with a 4.8 L stainless steel mixer bowl which can process up to 1 kg of all-purpose flour, 1 L of whipped cream,1.5 kg of mashed potatoes or 108 cookies*. It also includes an extra 3 L bowl so that it's easier to work without having to wash up between ingredients. The accessories for this stand mixer are all stainless steel for the ultimate in durability. The whisk is for incorporating air into eggs and cream, the paddle (flat beater) is for mixing heavy ingredients and the dough hook is for yeast doughs like bread or pasta. When you’ve finished, you can pop the bowls and accessories in the dishwasher and wipe over the body. You can add exciting optional attachments (sold separately) to the multipurpose attachment hub. Plug in anything from a pasta cutter to a meat grinder, vegetable sheet cutter or grain mill, to unleash your creativity.
